EBP Approver re-directing

Hi,

*Issue description:*

In EBP there cost centres (a,b,c)are assingned to a approving manager (x) under one organization.

In an other organization another 4 cost centres (e,f,g,h) assigned to the other approving manager (Y).

Now Manager "X" is on leave, so we need to redirect all the approvals should go to the manager "Y" who belongs to other organization.

Plz suggest me how can I come out of this issue..

Hello,

You can use substitution.

Normal procedure would be:

Manager X goes in his inbox and set the manager Y as substitute before he leaves.

Or you can maintain directly this entry in the table HRUS_D2.

I have seen that table, but Im not understnading what I have to do in that table,

Can you please explain me more regarding changes that I need to do in that table.

best would be to assign the substitute in the approval inbox.

---> as soon as you click on the approval inbox ---> you can see 'substitute' button in the right hand corner

it is not possible to make changes directly at the table level
