IDES ECC 6.0 SR2 installation error (Urgent)

Dear Experts,

I am installating IDES ECC 6.0 SR2.At "Import ABAP" phase I am getting error msg regarding a specific datafile.

Please find error msg of log file "SAPSSEXC.log"

ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 84 (block # 27613)

ORA-01110: datafile 84 : 'F:\oracle\DBX\sapdata4\DBX700_25\DBX700.DATA25'

ORA-27091 : unable to queue I/O

ORA-27070 :async read/write failed

OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure. unable to read from file;

O/S error: (OS 23) Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)

I understand that there is some problem with datafile "DBX700.data25" from above msg.I have no backups to restore that datafile. Now how can I solve this problem?

Please help me regading this issue.

you hard disk has problems. fix this problem first. Is this a USB drive?

unfortunately, in most cases, you will need to restart the database load from scratch...

It is your installation media's issue, if you copy it from cd, try copy it again, and reinstall it. select continue the old installation, not 'create a new one'

There´s nothing more we can do about it , try with another copy of disk or dump then retry the installation

Check if F drive is accessible.

If it is remote disk, probably installation tool is not able to read.

If it is DVD drive, make sure correct dvd is supplied.

Also make sure DVD drive is working.
