creating a Tree structure in WDP(ABAP)

Is it possible to create a Tree structure in dynpro(abap)?

Yes Urbashi Dewan ,

you can create a tree structure in wda, for that you can use the UI Tree. You can bind values to the node and the once the node is mapped to the tree, then it will display the tree.
