With reference to sale order(5 line items), delivery order created . During Delivery, two of the line items are not avaialble and we require to do partial PGI for the three line items in the D.O. without deleting the line items.
Please suggest how to do Partial PGI in above condition.

To do a PGI, it is must that Delivery Quantity = Pick Quantity, without which PGI cannot happen.

Hi BSR!
We can process any no' of partial PGI's at delivery level.
Select the partial quantity at picking column and go for PGI.
the next time when you want to make a complete delivery. Process the delivery doc with reference to the order document no'
the system automatically shows the remaining quantity to be delivered.

Hi,
I'm presuming that WM is active. While doing picking thru Transfer Order, you can choose "Foreground" whic will take you the screen where you can put the Quantities avalable. Now while confirming the same TO, it'll ask for "Confirm Differences", check the Quantities again and press "confirm Differences" button.
Now out of Sales order Quantity (let's say 5 units), Quantity less than 5 unit is picked/confirmed. Now you can do PGI as usual.
