Hi All,
Just a small issue :
I dont want to give the end users access for the solution manager for raising their problem messages.I have created the corresponding BP's for them but still I am not sure how the end users will be able to raise the message in the solution manager through satellite systems.
Which RFC connections to be used for this
What all Authorization Objects needed for that RFC connection .
Can all the users use this RFC connection
What END users needs to be assigned for accessing this RFC connection. Can anyone clarify me this picture ?
I tried with Trusted and back RFC connections but its giving me error .
Please help me out.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Atul Anand
Hi,
did you maintain entries in SM30 BCOS_CUST
You have to have the following entry in your satellite system BCOS_CUST view.
OSS_MSG
W
<Your RFC Destination to SOLMAN>
CUST620
1.0
then you'll be able to create a support message.
Also create BPs in SOLMAN, using DSWP -->Edit --> Create Business Partners.
Select your system and date somewhere back dated all the endusers in your satellite system will be populated select the users and create BPs.
You don't have to worry about end user authorization.
This will solve your problem.
Feel free to revert back.
