XBTO3___0001 appearing in Inbound Queue

When we run SMQ2 transaction in XI Production Server, we are getting the Queue named XBTO3___0001 appearing in the Inbound queue with the status SYSFAIL.. In SM21 we got the followig errors.

-Communication error, CPIC return code 002, SAP return code 679.

- >CPI-C function: CMINIT(SAP).

If anyone has any idea regarding this matter, kindly provide some solution to this.

Hi Indraneel,

It could be due to communication failure. Have you tried resending the message from SMQ2?

I could not get resend option in SMQ2. Please help.

To resend the message open SMQ2

and click XBTO3_0001, it will take you to a new window and keep on clicking ur Queue name until it take u to the message failed, ultimately it take you to the Moni and show you the payload which is failed.

there you find restart option.

Double click on queue. Select the first record stuck with error and then Edit --> execute LUW.

Thank you Mr.Das Shekhar for your valuable opinion. The queue is not appearing now in SMQ2. Can i get the root cause for this?
