Change owner of background jobs

hello,

i would like to rename the user that actually own all background jobs

is there a way to change existing jobs or do i have to delete and recreate them?

thanks, i've seen how to change owner on each steps but it seems not possible to change the job "initiator"?

Hi Oliver,

A simple solution is to repeat the scheduling of the job with the new owner (means copy and re-schedule the job with new owner) and delete the originial job.

Go to SM37, select the job and at the top change the schedule status to scheduled. Now you can the owner the of the job.
