SAP Web Dispatcher.

Hi All,

I went through the SAP Web Disp... documents and lots of topics in SDN forum. Everything is explained as to how to configure but i haven't seen how would access these load balanced systems through SAP Web Disp...

I have two EP portal systems.

CI --> HostA:50000

and DI --> HostB:50000

I have installed Web Dispatcher and configured. I see both the J2EE systems.

Now how do i access the single URL through Web Dispatcher

Eg. hostC:port.

Or what will be the single URL to access the load balanced J2EE URL's.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

To logon the portal use the sap web dispatcher url that depends on your configuration. Then the web disp ask to the CI who can reply and foward you request to the corresponding server.

SAP Web dispatcher URL : http://<sapwebdisp>:<sapwebdisp HTTP Port>/irj/portal

<sapwebdisp HTTP Port> is define in the install process

I also have the same problem. Can you give us the much more detailed configration for the web dispather? Let it to dispather the requset for the muti-instance Portal. Thanks a lot!
