automatic output printing

Dear Gurus,

When I am saving the delivery document document should print immediately . Where we wiil configure. Pls Help.

Hi Prem,

Maintain the condition record but three important fields to be maintain..say for invoice print immediately, we have output type RD00 as SAP std..so in VV31

1. Medium--as 1

2. Dispatch time(important)-as 4 i.e.send immeditely while saving

3. maintain the logical destination and tick the checkbox print immediatelly....with this ..moment u save invoice system will print the invoice immediately for sure

Hi,

When you maintain the condition record, we have the options such as

1)What Medium : specifies how the out put will be produced

2)Date/Time : specifies when do u want the Output be triggered

3)Language: specifies In which language you want the output.

By using the above options, we can maintaing the out put as we required.

hello, friend.

you can also specify "Print immediately" during output condition records creation (t-code VV21) or when you manually create output condition records in the Outbound Delivery itself.

Hi,

In configuration of Output, tick Checkbox "Print immediately". This will print the document as soon as you save it.
