Stock Creation MB1C

When we create material stock in MB1C with movement Type 561, We have to enter internal order number in account assignment Section,

What is the need and Relevance of it

Hi,

When you execute MB1C transaction, in the initial screen, at the top, you see the following:

New Item- To Reservation - To Order - WM Parameters.

It seems in your case, selection with "To Order" is getting defaulted.

Once you come out of that, I think, the problem should be resolved.

with normal stock there is no need to enter any order number.

if it is a special stock indicator like MTO and with special stock "E"

u have to enter sales order number and item number

Dear rohith

In MB1C with movement type 561, you have to give only the details like movement type, plant and storage location. There is no need to give any extra details.

If it is consignment stock, you have to give the sold to party code.
