imap sender mail adapter

hi experts,

iam working on mail to file using imap.iam getting following error in rwb->comp montering->adapter montoring.

error occured: exception caught during processing mail message; java.io.IOException: invalid IMAP status response; not finding * STATUS, but 001M NO The requested item could not be found.

please this is very urgent for me.

plesae send me solutions or doc.

restart the j2ee(Tcode=SMICM by SAP GUI) engine.

it will works
