Error in connection!!!!

Hi Experts,

I want to connect R3 with integration builder(SPROXY).

I have done all the necessary settings. But when i executes the report SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE i am getting the following error : " 409 Conflict

Internal error: Method GENERIC for service query does not exist for callers with Release * and Support Package *Stack trace:com.sap.aii.utilxi.hmi.api.HmiCoreException"

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
