hi,

i had created finish material P001 , THEN Swmifinish material B001, then raw material A001 .

then i create BOM (CS01) PA001 TP BA001 .

Then BA001 to RA001.

Now i want to explode this BOM through t code CS11 or CS12.

But it not exploding , showing message , BOM for P001 does not exist.

So IS THERE ANY PP SETTING FOR EXPLOSION THROUGH CS11 or CS13

Dhiraj,

Check whether the BOM is valid on the validity date entered in the intial screen of CS11.

If that was fine then check the configuration of the BOM application used in the intial screen of CS11, this you need to check in the transaction OS30. Here check the Minimum BOM status requirement and see that your BOM meets this reuirement.

If that was also fine check the selection ID in the BOM application and check which BOM usage is defined for using transaction OS31. See that the BOM is of that usage.

As per information provided by you, it seems that you haven't created BOM for P001.

You create BOM for P001 and put B001 inside it then similarly create one more BOM for B001 and assign A001 to it in CS01.

Then use CS11 and check for P001 then you will be able to explode it.

what do you mean by

PA001 TP BA001 and BA001 to RA001

what is PA001 is it material or plant
