Hello,
Why BRCONNECT running twice a week is not updating the statitics of all SAPR3 tabels ?
Well.. without having logs of your brconnect runs and without having any information how you conclude, that not all statistics are updated, it´s impossible to give a suggestion.

if statistics are updated depends on an algorithm of SAP, which checks if it is necessary to do statistic gathering.
It is documented by SAP here:

Take a look at point 4:
> 4. BRCONNECT uses the number of new rows for each table in the working set, as derived in the previous step, to see if either of the following is true:
You can also force statistic-collecting so that these values are not used. It also depends on customer / standard settings of the table DBSTATC.
