Hi Shrihari,
I don't think you can down load using SE16. You may have to go in for a quesry (SQVI). Query is fairly simple. You can make a query and give a transaction code to it and give authorization for the transaction to users.

Hi Srihari,
There is no other logical databse relevant to the data you are looking for, though there are following databses which are remotely connected:
CRK - Cost Centre
RNM - Reservations
POH - Production orders
But the above may be of not much use to you.
Further, though you cannot really download data from PSJ, you can develop a query using SQVI which is very simple.

Hi srihari,
There is no single transparent table which captures all the data that you are looking for.
But logical data base builder: PSJ should meet your requirement.
Most of the PS reports are based on PSJ.
To access logical databse, use transaction SE36.
Further, you can use SAP queries (SQVI) on logical database.

Hi Muraleedharan,
Thanx so much for solution.
i have gone thru PSJ but it is also has Structures, which cannot be downloadable. I think only tables are downloaded for analysis purposes.
Is there any other logical database apart from PSJ fro ps?
bcos u mentioned most of the ps reports, hence i am asking is there any other table or logical db.
regards
srihari
