DB02 problem

Hi, I am running on NW2004s with BASIS support package 12 on Oracle 10.2.0.2 after the upgrade i am not able to see data in DB02 the standard job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is running with the status Finished but the job log is as follows

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSCOLL00,VARIANT,USER DDIC)

Database system not supported

Job finished

any suggestions on this will be helpful

HI thanks for the reply but still i am getting the same error for SAP_COLL_FOR_PERFMONITOR job in the log it shows DATABASE SYSTEM NOT SUPPORTED but the status of the job shows as finished in SM37 please reply me if any one knows a solution

Hi,

check the contents of TCOLL table according to SAP note 966309, in this table you have extra reports which are not related to the Oracle database. We had two reports RSDB_DAILY and RSDB_HRLY in table TCOLL on one of our servers. These reports checks for DB2 database and on Oracle database it returns message "Database system not supported". You need to delete these entries from table TCOLL.

we did a Oracle upgrade from 9.2.0 to 10.2.0.2 and BW 3.5 to NW2004s
