Help files r not displaying .

I am using SAP4.7 WAS .

If i run trans thru web browser ...am not able to get the Help file ..

say for ex ..

PZ13 - personal data iview ..

If i run the transation in R/3 ,evn the Quit and help link doesn't appear .

If i click in portal / ITS ...getting 'No Documentation' status msg .

hai jothivenkatachalam,

i had created one transaction like ysutr2(insert data into lfa1 table) but here my requirement is run this transaction through web browser for this how can i create web services in sap4.7. i tried to create in se80 but i'm unable run transaction .give me clear steps if u know.
