Approval of notifications

hi,

Any one tell me how to go for Notifications approval , i mean creation of notification at end user side and Approval will be given to top level person ( manager). After released the notifications from Approver only order to be done at end user side

In notification there is a authorization object for processing a notofocation

Any one can create a notification(controlled through transaction and notification type) status - OSNO(outstanding notification) , but release (NOPR- notification in process) can be controlled by authorization object - Q_VORG_MEL.

Here once the notification is created, the changing the status from OSNO to NOPR can be given to manager level so that they can release or put into process.
