Workflow Overview

Hello Experts,

I have a case where the PO change version approval is complete but still the change version has not closed ,the status of PO is still in "Awaiting Approval"...

I have checked the workflow overview where it has stuck but i was not able to get the information...

Can any one please guide me how to analyze the workflow overview(just a basic overview). If you have any docs then please share with me
