Not able to do the PGI

Hai,

When i am doing in IDES after delivery when i am going for pgi i am getting this error

Incorrect doc.no.: $ 1. Select document number between 0400000000 and 0499999999

Can u pls tell to me how can we solve this error.

Please check if your doument no. falls in line with the documetn number you are trying to give....

Chk it and try to enter the documetn manually.

Hi Senthil,

At what stage your getting the number range error

1. Are you able to save the delivery document with out PGI or not.

2. Are you getting error only when you are going to the PGI.

If you are getting the error message while saving Delivery document before PGI then you check the number range assignment to the document,if it is external assignment you need to enter no while creating Delivery if it is internal please check number range intervels.

If you are getting error only when you do PGI that will be releated to Material document or Account document so you approach with MM people or FI people they will help you out.

The problem might be with the passing of incorrect Document Number. The document number range allowed is only between 0400000000 and 0499999999. Check the document you have given.
