SRM MDM Business Content Extractor

Hi All,

Is there is MDM specific transaction for Business Content Extraction in SRM ( like MDMV, MDMC)?

If there any, what are the prerequest for using that?

Hi Nikhil,

For extracting the reference data from SRM or ERP to MDM, you can use transaction "MDMGX".for using this transaction, you need to apply the SAP note "964991" on your SRM System.

for other data like data of suppliers , products and contracts, you can use the transaction as mentioned below:

For product data: BBP_CCM_TRANSFER

For Contract data: SRMMDM_CTR_TRANSFER

For Supplier data: execute the report (by transaction-SE38)ROS_SUPPLIER_SEND_TO_CATALOG

hi,

SAP delivers predefined customizing settings for the standard repository SRM-MDM Catalog. Nevertheless you need to maintain your FTP Server settings to be able to transfer the data from the client system to MDM. Start transaction “ MDMGX ” in your client system.
