HI Rohit,

It depends on the printer that you are using.Some printers may not support this font.Install new MICR font if it is not there in your printer fonts through transaction SE73.

Kalyan.

Hi,

Define a paragraph format with font in MICR_E family.

Use this paragraph format where u want to display the text in MICR format.

e.g: i have used the following while desiging cheque layout for our customer.

D2--> REGUD-CHECT&C &gv_start(C)&D&gv_end(C)&A &reguh-ubknt&C

in the above, D2 is a paragraph format of MICR_E family.

Hope it helps.

reward points if helpful.

Yes. According to my knowledge it should make difference.

Try creating a paragraph format and then check again.

Hope it helps.

For SAPscript, this is strictly a hardware issue. Your printer must have a MICR font installed. Either in the printer memory or you must buy a font memory card to be installed in your printer.

You can validate if your printer has a MICR font by going in to the printer settings and print the font diagnostic. The MICR font must be shown. If it does not, your SAPscript will never print.

You just need to use that as a character format to display the values using normal format.
