How to Integrate Microsoft Project with SAP PS Using SAP XI..

What are the Adapters used for Microsoft Project...

If Any one had done the scenario plz help me...

Hi,

MP is the project management tool. can you please explain detail what is ur exact scenario and requirement, Though I dont ahve any knowledge in the same but I will give a try.

Actually.. My Scenario is

The Projects Its WBS elements and Activities..

When ever they enter in MS Project it should reflect in SAP PS and Vice versa.

Hi,

As far as I know Ur WBS strucutre will vary on project. so there is very less chances of unchanged std strucutre.

Now in order to integrate any non sap system u have to create the Std strucutre in XI and from MP it will be very difficult to get the standard strucutre.

Now Xi has a file adapter which will pick up the file but in MP as I said the strucutre will not be std.

Also u wanted that any change in project plan should be updated in SAP PS but Xi did not understand when and what change happend in WBS strucutre.

If its a IDOC then u can achieve with change pointer but here its WBS file.

Now as the other End SAP PS, Data will be updated in table or where it will be stored. In SAP system u can update the data in different ways by IDOC,writing proxy etc.
