Dashboard help

Hi,

1. can we have Dashboard for systems other than BI?

2. Where can I get VC for download?

3. How can I use VC for dashboard for Non-BI systems?

Please help.

Any pointings will definitely be rewarded.

1. You can model dashboards with the same design elements (forms, tables, graphs, gauges, etc) using other systems (than SAP BI) that VC can connect to.

Relational databases (MS, Oracle, ...) can be connected to using BI_JDBC connections. Other BI systems (Hyperion, ..) should be possible to connect to using XMLA connections (haven't tried, but will do in near future as we have Hyperion, not SAP BI).

3. See about connecting to jdbc sources in Wiki. I am using lots of plain SQL and PL/SQL to receive data from Oracle that I'm using in VC models.
