Login failed - JDI

Dear friends,

I used to login to JDI using below URL with out any problem:

http://<host name>:51000/devinf/main

Since 3 days, it is not accepting the logins which I am providing. I could able to login to portal using the same user id and password.

It is throughing Login failed error message.

What could be the reason? How can I resolve this issue?

Probelm got resolved after refreshing the services.

Hi Lakshmikanthaiah,

1. Check if the server is up

2. Sometimes even if the server is up the DB might be down and hence log on fails

3. Check if your user is locked
