Issue creating Communication Channel

Friends,

I'm new to SAP XI and learning it but ran into below issue.

When I try to create any communication channel in ID and click on "help" on Adapter Type field so it should display all the adapters in the system but it always shows "No objects founds!"

Anyone please help me here?

Note: I don't have SAP Service access so please don't point me to any SAP NOTE. (I appreciate).

Please refer to the installation document. Not sure which version you are installing but this is from XI3.0 installation document.

Also check whether anything missing in config.

Importing the XI Content for Software Component Version SAP Basis

6.40 SR1

1. Copy XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_09_00.tpz from <Components DVD>/XI

/XI_CONTENT to directory

/usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/

2. On your SAP XI host, call transaction SXMB_IFR.

3. Choose Repository (Design).

4. Choose . Tools . Import Design Objects

Choose the file /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import

XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_09_00.tpz

5. Import the file.

I imported the .tpz file and it worked!

In the Integration Repository, the software component SAP BASIS 6.4 or 7.0 must be imported. This software component has to be downloaded from marketplace. Or if u already have it proceed as below:

1. This object should be placed at

/usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/

2. IR -> Tools -> Import Design Objects

Hi,

Follow the below steps:

1) Download XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_10_00.tpz which is available in a zipped format from the SAP Service Market Place.

2) Unzip the contents and copy the file XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_10_00.tpz (if you are using PI 7.0 or else download the file for your XI version) to

/usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/

3) Goto Repository (Design)

4) Choose -> Tools -> Import Design Objects

This should resolve the issue.
