version 0 not defined.......

i'm trying to create a sales order and an error comes up. it says: VERSION 0 IS NOT DEFINED FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008.

I tried to address the problem by using code OKEV. now a warning messege comes up and it says: BACKGROUND JOB IS STILL RUNNING- DATA CAN BE DISPLAYED ONLY.

so how do i make the screen move into CREATE or MAINTAIN screen so that i can make necessary changes???

hello

i used trans OKEQ and i'm getting the warning messege, still...'BACKGROUNG JOB IS STILL RUNNING'.....the screen only comes into display mode, always.....why?
