Format of watch e-mails

When I receive e-mails from SDN it would be great to arrange them by thread. This however is not possible as the <b>Subject</b> used for the e-mail is:

Forum "<i>Forum being watched"</i> has been updated by ...

<b>Do you think it is possible to keep the original Subject, as posted on SDN?</b>

Then in outlook I can create a rule to automatically move all the mail from sdn.sap.com to a specified folder and then set the view on this folder to be arranged by "conversation". I am using MS Outlook 2003, I'm not sure how this will impact other e-mail clients.
