SRM MDM Attempt to set up connection to failed

Hi,

I am using SAP MDM 5.5 and use mdmgx trx for extraction in SRM.

When i try to start extraction via ftp (i.e Upload via FTP) in mdmgx trx, it shows me error:

Error while executing ftp command put Currencies_554_S50001.xml

I checked RFC dest SAPFTP it is fine ,when i executed prgrn RSFTP002 i got the below error

Attempt to set up connection to failed

.

Hi Radha,

Please check the connection of SRM System with SLD using transaction "SLDCHECK". If it is working fine then you will be able to extract all the reference data from SRM to MDM.

If it is not working fine then please go to transaction "SLDAPICUST" and set the user as SLDUSER and the pwd of that and then try to extract the data.

And also check with FTP server whether it is started or not.It must be started before extracting the data from SRM.
