Impacted roles or profiles in upgrade

What is the best way to find the impacted profiles and roles in an upgrade and upgrade them.

Try to get the 'Where Used " and then analyse it along with the functional folks

When the upgrade of a test instance is complete, try running transaction SU26. The transaction is designed to assist in new/modified authorizations.

SU26 i thought it was SU25???

They look different but start the same program, SAPLPRGN, just a different screen, 101 v.s. 100
