what r tiff files in sap?

The Graphics which we use are .tiff files,
But now we use .bmp images,

Tiff (Tagged Image File Format ) is image file format which is used in earlier versions to upload the logos through program RSTXLDMC to use in sap scripts.But with new versions you can use .bmp(bitmap) format images which can be uploaded using SE78 transaction to use in sapscripts or smarforms.
