Syndicating on one single XML

I use syndicator and I get an XML file for record... can I get one single XML containing all records?

you should map the main table to the root node in the XSD

for customer object:

map Customers table to EIKNA1M segment.

You can find a "How to" document on Syndicator at Service Market Place and this document clearly explains how to achieve this. If you are talking about a custom repository, this document also explains you how to create your own xsd with an example.
