Medruck and NACE

I created my own Po like ZPOFORM(copy from medruck) and went to NACE,changed MEDRUCK TO ZPOFORM.May I know why should we do this?why do we use ME9F after changing in NACE?

One more questions,how end users run MEDRUCK and RVORDER01.

Standard setting setting in NACE refers to standard form MEDRUCK and there will be standard OUTPUT type for that.. say ED00

you have add out type to PO in ME21n/ME22n in order to get print purchse order through ME9F

with out adding any output type to any PO in ME21n/Me22n u can't trigger prnt out through ME9f.

even MEDRUCK will run through ME9F

where as RVORDER01 will triggered through VA01/VA02

u will add output in the same transaction and will trigger from same not like PO

In NACE we Attach Form and Driver Program to Output Type which get updated in TNAPR table, So when We Print PO we give output type AND Medium in Messages, the Driver Program Reades the the entries for this output type form table TNAPR .

We use ME9F Txn For Printing of PO.
