Intercompany Billing

Hi

When i am trying to do intercompany sales

In sales order it give me that material don't exist

The metarial is maintained in both the company codes however it doesn't work

I think my plant is to be assign to sales or and dist channel when i try the assignment it says intercomany details missing

Please follow the below procedure whils doin IV

If problem persis check the WIKI notes for inter company

Org structure for intercompany billing

Ordering Company:-

Company Code - AAA

Sales Organization - AAA

Distribution channel - 001

Division - 01

Plant – AA1

Customer -

Product -

Supplying Company: -

Company Code - BBB

Sales Organization - BBB

Distribution channel - 010

Division - 01

Plant – BB1

Customer

Product

Assignment of Sales organization and plants

SD Assignment

AAA – 001 – AA1 / BB1

BBB – 010 – BB1 / AA1

Assign Organizational units by plants.

Assign sales area of ordering company to delivering plant

AAA – 001 – 01 – BB1

Define internal customer

Create customer of the ordering company in the company code of the delivering plant, but with sales area of ordering company.

hi,

The Material created in the supplying plant must be extended to the sales area of Receiving plant. That is how you assign the delivering plant to supplying sales organization and distribution channel.

In intercompany sales the plant of both reseiving and ordering plants have to be assigned to the sales org and Disctribution channels

Sales org/ Dis Channel of A to plant A and Plant B

SAles org / Dist Channel of B to plant A and B

Also define an internal customer in co code of del plant
