What role is required to view J2E System Info?

Hello Experts,

I'm not sure if I'm on the best forum to ask this question, but I'm sure some of you can help me.

I want to access the J2E System Info at /sap/monitoring/SystemInfo of my SAP system (goingthere from the start page at /index.html). It prompts me for my username and password and then says "403 Forbidden".

What is the role that I need to have in order to view that page?

Best regards,

Florian

Hi Florian,

User name should have administrator rights so that we can view the J2E system information.

Hi Florian,

If I am not wrong, only an administrator (administrator user) can open the system info. I have tried opening the system info using a user id which has administrator role assigned, but still the 403 Forbidden error message comes up.

Bye

Hi ,

Make sure that the user id which you are using has also the same group assigned as the Administrator. ( J2EE_ADMIN -- ABPA+JAVA , Administrator -- JAVA).

Reward points if helpful.

Thanks,
