Copy pick quantity same as Delivery quantity

Hi gurus

I am facing a problem while creating Post Goods Issue (PGI).

In VL02N screen- in picking tab i have many items. so i want to copy the delivery quantity to Pick quantity.

I tried this by going to Edit - "Copy pick quantity same as Delivery quantity" (Shift +F7) then also its not copying the delivery qty to pick qty.

what is the setting i need to do

Hi

You need to go to "picking" tab in VL01N or VL02N transaction and manually copy the delivery quantity into "picked quantity" field (LIPSD-PIKMG). This is how picking is done.

You can enter a quantity which is less than or equal to delivery quantity.

Incase you want to automate this, copying picking quantity, try a BDC of the delivery document.
