What is a Float in cProject scheduling and how it works?
Hi Karan,
The float is defined as time differnt between earlist dates and latest dates. Most simple example,
The project definition has:
must start constraints on Monday.
must finish constraints on Friday.
Under PD, there is a Phase, and under Phase there is a Task.
it has duration = 3 days.
After scheduling, the task will get a float = 2 days.
Kind regards,
Zhenbo
