Hi All,
I logged in as Employee,I created a request which need approval (single item). I logged in as manager and rejected request. Now when I login back to Employee and check status for the request which is rejected by manager, shows "awaiting request" as status. And amount value as zero.
Does it need to show status as Rejected. Am I missing something here.
But when I browse the details of the request and see the Approval Status sub-tab shows as Rejected,
Thanks!

Hi,
We had a similar issue on SRM 4.0 and solved it by implementing the note :
Note 790027 - Header status shown as "Awaiting approval" for rejected cart
Your version of SRM is SRM 5.0 so this note should be already implemented.If not,please implement the same.
In addition,you can have a look at the foll notes;
Note 1016057 - Approval preview displays 'Approved' although SC is rejected
923890 BAdI Workflow (LIA): Last rejection resets previous ones
Note 1093840 - Approval preview in Java Applet and Table view differs
Note 1092221 - Approval Preview shows wrong status of approval
