How to "transport" report variants and layouts across systems?

Gud day everybody,

Is there a way for me to transport all the report variants and layouts (for FBL1N, FBL3N, FBL5N) that we have created in SANDBOX system to the QA system? I can't see any transport request of some sort that enables me to copy report variants and layouts from another system.

example for FBL3N

1. variants

a) goto system-status to find report name

b) run report RSTRANSP with report from a) (here RFITEMGL)

2. layouts

goto: settings - display variants - administration - layout - transport
