Project Version Deletion

Dear PS Gurus

I have query on deletion of project version. Client has created project versions via CNS41 or CN72, now they want to delete some project versions which are not required at all. I could not find how project versions are deleted. If you have come across such problem , pl let me know how you had resolved.

Hi,

You can use transaction:CJV5 to delete simulation version.

Dear Ashok,

versions are made when some serious changes are done to the existing WBS and it cant be deleted.Also remember

they are CO objects and hence SAP does not allow them to be deleted.I think this clarifies your quiery and reward points if so.

Hi,

I don't think there is any transactions for deleting project version. But you can overwrite project versions with verions group / key.
