The PI sheet can not appear after installed the MS IE 7.0

Could you help us, the the PI sheet can not appear after installed the MS IE 7.0?

We downloaded the last SAPGUI 640 patch level 28 and we will install.

Could you give to us some tips?

Hello Markus,

I´m sorry. I forgot to complete my question.

When I try to open our PP/PI sheet by CO60 TC the PI sheet do not appear.

The problem is happen after we installed IE 7.0 to Windows XP client.

Is it clearly now?

Dear ALL Support,

We installed the SAPGUI 640_24 and after the SAPGUI 640_28 and the application didn´t running well.

The MS Windows DLL MSVCR71.dll couldn´t found by SAPGUI application.

Hi,

check your support package level of NW

As of SAP NetWeaver Releases 2004 Support Package 19 and SAP NetWeaver 2004s Support Package 10 is required for working with IE 7.0

further more look at SAP Note 981710 - Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7.0 for end users

MSVCR71.dll is a runtime module containing standard C library functions such as printf, memcpy, and cos. It is a part of the Microsoft C Runtime Library.

Dear kaushal,

Our SAP is 46C - Kernel 46D and SAPGui 6.20 not a NW.

Our PI sheet by CO60 TC can not appear only with MS IE 7.0 with MS IE 6.0 this didn´t happen.

We procced as follow:

We installed first SapGui 6.20 next SapGui 6.40 24 and concluding we installed the SapGui 6.40 28.

Could you tell us if we made some mistakes in this installation according this abore scenario?

ok

so you want to use ITS 6.20 with IE 7.0

Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows XP SP2 supported with SAP ITS 6.20 patchlevel 23

check your patch level for ITS, if required upgrade it

there is no conflict with SAP GUI as SAP GUI is supported on R3 4.6C
