EP to SAP scenario

I am supposed to work on a scenario where web page developed in EP will generate a flat file and places in a folder. That need to be picked and send to the SAP system using Proxy.

For this scenario, can I use normal FlatFile to Proxy scenario with content conversion on the outbound side.

I was given the Source Directory, File name, server name, port, user name and password.

Or need to do any additional settings.

Please help me. Urgent
