VA01 authorization error for auth object V_VBAK_AAT

Error in VA01 when selecting order type ZSCR:

No maintenance authorization for document type ZSCR

Message V1517

Not authorized to use this function

Authorization object V_VBAK_AAT

I need to change which document type a user is authorized to process.

Document type is field AUART

What is my next step?

Pls check with your BASIS team. They should be able to set things right.

tell user to send SU53 Screen and send this to Basis for Analysis of the authorisation for the document type

Hi

when you are giving authorization for a particular Transcation code

use su24

enter the transcation code which you want to give authorization to the users and execute

you will find a list of objects were check is there and check is not needed

accordingly give authorization
