What is SICF actually meant for?

Hi,
SICF service is required to link a HTTP request to an ICF service so that the HTTP request handler is called up in the browser when a URL is entered.

Its SAP's web server administion transaction.
Its gives you the paths to logon via the web gui, where certain applications are published to specific url etc. etc.
