how we can print the texts maintained in delivery document or billingdocument while taking the printout can plz anybody tell me in detail if i maintain text ids and text determination how to print these texts while taking the printouts of that particular document

Pl. be sure that the texts mainatined at document level can be printed on output.

read_text function module is used genally for this purpose.

Other work has to be carried out by ABAPer.

I this this suffice your need.

Hi Rahul,

This functionality has to be accomodated while designing layouts for the sales documents i.e. using SMARTFORMS or SAP Scripts.

You can use read_text function module to extract the text information from any transaction. This function module has to be included while designing your layout.

Please get in touch with an ABAPer...........its more of a technical job.

I think the forms used in billing output needs to be changed to accomodate the text from delivery. You can contact an ABAP developer, he ay be able to guide you.
