Dear guru's

Restriction of goods movement of batches selected in deliver

We have multiple orders which have common material. one of the orders is

selected batches and created a delivery. Another person is also creating

a delivery and is able to select the same bathes for his delivery. While

creating a PGI system will be able to satisfy only one delivery with the

avaialable qty which creates a lot of problem of not able to deliver the

goods.

System should have lock to the batches which are laready selected in the

delivery ( till the time the delivery is not cancel)

Please let us know can we have such lock.

hi

i think you can effectively use sales order stock for this issue.

When stock is created and placed in finished goods storage location. just before delivery transfer stock by movement type 412 E for that particular sales order in transaction MB1B

use exact batches which u want to attach to sales order here.

Go to sales order change mode and do the availability check .and then do the delivery.

In config u have to assign batch level availability check instead of indivisual in SD and also in material master data in sales general /plant maintain batch level (CH) avial.check.

maintain VCH1 transaction.
