Material available date

Hi Guru's

System is picking the material availability date and delivery date in sales order automatically. From where it is picking.

Its urgent.

Please help me out.

Hi Deepa,

If there is no lead time maintained in the sales document type OR then the Delivery date is order creation date (if creation date is not a holiday in the factory calender)

the material avail. date is the date on which the material is available in the stock and if the scope of availablity check is with RLT then the system calculate this date by adding the creation date with the days as per the replenishment lead time i.e. in material master (GR processing time + In-house production time + Total RLT)

Dear Deepa ,

The system is defined to pick the delivery date from the availability checks and transfer of requirement based on the schedule line data..

1.Check in the config in the sales document ...(OR standard)

The replenishmnet lead time...

2. In the Maetrial MAster record ..

Check in the MRP 2 and MRP 3 screen to find out ATP ( Available to promise ) date;

3. Check the date in which you are doing the delivery in the Factory calender whether the date is mentioned as holiday.

These factors on a summation would determine your delivery date.
