in process inspection

dear sir,

can you tell me how to do in - process inspection in detail (inspection type 3)

what are all the configuration settings required. how to create MIC, sampling procedure, inspection plan for inspection type 3

my requirement is

to have inspection lot for each routing operations .

Hi,

You can activate the QM for in-house produced material with inspection type 03.

Then maintain the ispection operation at routing with the QM control key & maintain the inspection characteristics. (You have inspection characteristics key at change routing screen).
