Can we reverse the PGI without reversing the billing?

it is not possible

first u have to cancel the invoice then do Reverse PGI in VL09

for reversing billing - VF11.

for reversing PGI - VL09.

As the document stastus flow is getting updated so you can do this

Hi Rama,

One cannot reverse the PGI without reversing the billing document.

When try to do so through VL09 , the messgae displayed is " No data available"

This means the system does not consider those delivery documents for which billing is not reversed in transaction VL09.

Can you plz mention the context in which you have this requirement.

Not possible.

However in case of Stock transfer Delivery -> Pro-forma Invoice it is possible to reverse PGI (pro-forma invoice in any case can not be cancelled) without cancelling Pro-forma invoice.

Dear Friend ,

PGI Post goods issue is the accouting posting document ...

It can be reveresed TC: VL09

Give the delivery record No. and cencel the same.....

Note:

Only after cancelling PGI a delivery can be deleted
