Licensing MaxDB

I read the following text:

You need a commercial license to develop commercial software based on MaxDB.

Does it mean, I need a commercial license when I want to use MaxDB as backend for an internet shop?

Hello Uwe,

currently there is no option to buy a commercial license.

There's also the link to the community license agreement:

Basically as long as you use MaxDB for your application and don't sell MaxDB as yours you can use it for your Webshop.
